pilgrim the musical

Pete made his debut writing for musical theatre with his adaptation of John Bunyan’s classic, Pilgrim’s Progress. Having written the songs some years previously, PILGRIM developed into a fully fledged show in 2011, in collaboration with actor/writer/director Simon Rawlings. They premiered the work in June 2013 at Christ Church, Barnet. The sell out production involved a predominantly amateur cast of over 70. Following Barnet, Pete and Simon developed the show further and, with a larger cast, staged another sell out production in 2014 at Emmanuel Church, Northwood.

The show is currently undergoing further revision and development.
